If no one has told you lately, you are worthy. You are powerful. And you deserve to see yourself differently than the way you’ve been taught to see yourself.

When I first started photographing boudoir, I thought it was for women who were already confident and comfortable in their skin. What I learned very quickly was that this work is for women who need to feel that way again.

This experience is for anyone who has spent years putting herself last, who feels like parts of her have gotten lost along the way, or who wants to look in the mirror and feel connected to what she sees. It’s for women who don’t fit into narrow beauty standards and are done trying to. For anyone who’s been told she’s too much or not enough and is ready to let go of that story.

Sometimes all it takes is the right environment to see yourself differently. This experience invites you to see your body as form and art, not something to fix or hide.

This is about reconnecting with who you are beneath the roles you carry. Slowing down. Being guided. Trusting what’s already there.

I do this work because I’ve seen what happens when a woman is given the space to see herself clearly. When she recognizes her strength, presence, and beauty without trying to earn it. Sometimes, seeing yourself through a thoughtful, intentional lens is what helps you remember who you’ve been all along.
